EXTREME SEALING CAPABILITIES RCM head gaskets offer superior head sealing capabilities and will support power levels up to 800bhp. They feature a revolutionary "folded stopper laye r" design to prevent cylinder pressure leakage. Increased embossment thickness around vital areas forms a stronger barrier to control oil, coolant, and gases. Die cutting of the gasket layers ensures more identical and precise layers while improving the quality of the edges when compared to laser cut gaskets. RCM head gaskets use a nitrile rubber coating to better conform to surface irregularities and further improve gasket sealing. RCM head gaskets are designed to accept head studs as large as 14mm without requiring modification. Multiple gasket thicknesses are available to suit different engine situations.
