The pre-painted ruf fle trim adds the look of custom mixed-media painting without actually costing you any time. Re-Craftable Journal Gift Wrap Project Directions: Brush Iced Enamels Medium into heart bezel center. Sprinkle turquoise Relique Powder over medium and shake off excess. Slowly and evenly heat entire bezel with Heat-It Craft Tool until the enamel sets as desired, then set aside to cool. Cut ruffle trim to wrap once around your journal.
