The soft polyester and TPU material comfortably conforms to the affected area, while its specialised stitching provides reliable leak resistance. Ideal for cold or hot therapy on areas such as the head, shoulders, back, arms, knees and legs. How to Use: Fill the bag approximately three-quarters full. Place the cap onto the opening and turn it clockwise until tightly secured. Check for leakage before use. Apply the bag flat against the desired area. For Cold Therapy: Fill the bag with cold water and ice cubes for a stronger cooling effect. Crush any oversized ice cubes before placing them inside the bag. For Hot Therapy: Fill the bag with warm water at approximately 50°C to 60°C. Add some cold water when necessary to achieve a safe and comfortable temperature. Do not pour boiling water directly into the bag.
