Very fine sheet: doe s not affect heat diffusion or transmission. Very flexible: fits all sizes and shapes of baking means; cuts easily with scissors to perfectly adjust the sheet to the shape of any mould. Sturdy: withstands temperatures from -170°C to +260°C.
