The Blackout Dazzled Base brings extra stage impact to our original Blackout design. Rhinestones have been carefully placed across the chest area and throughout the remaining fabric areas to create a striking, stage-ready finish. Due to the smooth surface of the vinyl chest area, rhinestone adhesive cannot achieve the same strong bond it forms on standard lycra. Stitching has been added, prior to adding rhinestones, across the vinyl chest area to create a textured surface for the stones to adhere to and improve their hold. Although each stone has been carefully applied, stones attached to the vinyl chest area may still fall off during wear, handling or over time. Rhinestones applied to all other areas of the costume are expected to adhere normally. The price has been reduced to reflect this known adhesion issue. A generous packet of matching replacement rhinestones is included, providing ample extras to replace any stones that may come off. By purchasing this piece, the customer acknowledges and accepts the potential for rhinestones on the vinyl chest area to fall off and understands that this is reflected in the discounted price.
