This high-end carbon fibre tripod is remarkably light and sturdy: Really Right Stuff makes some eye-wateringly expensive gear, but darn if there isn't something to it. This TVC-3X collapses to just over 2 feet, extends to just about 6 feet, and weighs just slightly more than 2kg. Also, it looks great, with beautifully finished metal and a distinctive carbon weave.
