We’ve combined them with free-range egg yolk, 75% cold-pressed rapeseed oil, dijon mustard, cider vinegar, lemon juice and sugar for a perfect blend of creamy flavours followed by the kick and subtle floral hints of the reaper chilli pepper. Not only is it delicious, the rapeseed oil has many associated health benefits, including being low in saturated fat and containing a balance of Omega 3, Omega 6 and Vitamin E.All our ingredients are ethically sourced and gluten-free. Designed to be used sparingly (seriously, it’s really spicy), it’s great as a replacement to your regular mayo.
