In the Rebalancing The Mental Course, you'll learn why and how the body gets out of balance. As well as correcting the imbalance through nutrients and 11 herbs that will assist with Mental Health. However, in order to get to the herbs there will be a discussion on gut health and how it correlates to mental ailments. Remember, nothing takes place within the body without your permission. If you are an inspiring herbalist this is a beginner's guide to learning the inner body, how herbs will affect, and replenish the mental from a scientific perspective when it comes to research. The science of nature plays a huge role when it comes to the nature of the body. It makes all the difference when assisting others. This course is limited group session that is conducted quarterly.
