Boot Rebuild A rebuild gives your boots new life while keeping the upper portion that is already broken in to your ankle and leg. Current Lead Time Current rebuild lead time: 4-6 Weeks Lead times may vary depending on the condition of your boots, the work needed, and our current rebuild schedule. If your boots were built with custom sizing or special fitting adjustments, the rebuild may take additional time. What’s Included During a rebuild, we reuse the original upper portion of your boot. The upper is the part that wraps around your ankle and lower leg. Most other worn materials are replaced, including the soles, vamps, shanks, heel counters when needed, and worn hooks or eyelets. We also re-stitch problem seams, clean the boots, and polish them before sending them back. Tongues are not included in a standard rebuild. If your tongues need to be replaced, we can replace them for an additional charge. Additional Work or Changes If additional work is needed, we may contact you before completing the rebuild. This may include safety toes, toe caps, custom fitting, mismatched sizing, or other special repairs. If you would like to change the leather color on the lower portion of your boots, or change from smooth leather to roughout, please include a note in the box with your boots.
