Local faves, Summer Vacation made a great record! I don't think they've been playing together long enough for their chemistry to be as spot on as it is. It gets me off thinking tha t they might be obsessed with space camp. Regardless, the future looks brighter than shit! Shit's bright! No gimmicks, no "playing house," skinny jean cool fella bullshit here. Their influences can be anything. I know they dig the Blue Album but they seem influenced by their own environment more than anything else. I salute it!
