Having a recovery plan in place is important for both training and competition – for the elite competitor and the “weekend warrior” alike. Your two-fold objective should be to establish your recovery plan and then consistently stick to it. Training and competing can create damage in your body that you might otherwise be inclined to overlook. But the failure to plan for recovery between training sessions and after competing can lead to increased risk of injury or illness. Catalyte® is a supplement that supports optimal hydration.* It’s formulated with the typical ratio of sodium that is found in sweat, and it contains a blend of potassium, calcium, magnesium, and zinc that replaces the primary electrolytes lost in sweat.* Catalyte also supports the body’s process of repairing and rebuilding muscle.* Proper hydration and electrolyte balance are both essential for all levels of exercise and athletic performance. Catalyte combines the above electrolytes with B vitamins, vitamin C, and D-ribose for broad-spectrum repletion of nutrients and hydration of cells.* Catalyte is lemon-lime flavored and is designed to allow you to individualize your choice of hydration beverage. Curcumin Phytosome is a curcumin supplement that helps maintain a healthy inflammatory response throughout the body and provides relief from injuries and overuse of muscles and joints.* Curcumin is normally poorly absorbed in the bloodstream, whether it comes from food or a nutritional supplement. But Thorne's Curcumin Phytosome, uses Meriva, which is the most clinically studied curcumin on the market, and is a unique curcumin extract that has significantly better absorption than other curcumin extracts.* In fact, a human study demonstrated 29-times greater absorption from Meriva than from ordinary curcumin.* It contains 500 mg of curcumin phytosome per capsule or 1000 mg per serving (2 capsules). Super EPA is a premier fish oil supplement that contains the essential fatty acids EPA and DHA to help maintain healthy heart, brain, and neurological function, while supporting the normal inflammatory response in muscles and joints.* Each gelcap of Super EPA contains 425 mg of EPA and 270 mg of DHA. Because an athlete needs to know that his or her nutritional supplements are trustworthy and quality compliant, every batch of an NSF Certified for Sport® product is tested for compliance with the claims on its product label and to ensure the absence of more than 200 substances banned by many major athletic organizations, including stimulants, narcotics, steroids, diuretics, beta-2 agents, and masking agents. Suggested Use: Catalyte: Mix 1 level scoop in 9 ounces of water. Consume before, during, and after your workout. Curcumin Phytosome: Take 1-2 capsules two times daily. Super EPA: Take 1 gelcap two to three times daily. Warnings:
