Rectangular silver stud earrings with a gently folded form, creating a subtle change in plane across the surface. The fold introduces dimension and shadow, separating the textured face from the smooth, polished edge. Rather than sitting flat, each earring has a slight architectural bend, giving the piece presence without weight. The hand carved, textured section catches the light and scatters it, while the smooth plane remains calm and reflective, creating a playful contrast between surfaces. The folded structure is formed by hand, physically shaping the silver. The carved texture is applied one indentation at a time, meaning no two pairs are exactly the same. Small variations are part of the process and remain visible in the finished piece. They work well as everyday earrings or as a subtle statement for those drawn to form and material. All jewellery is handmade by me in Scotland using recycled sterling silver.
