The Shell range is inspired by stones found in the rivers of Kiso Valley. A favourite of chefs for its textural qualities and rustic charm. Shell is referenced for the soft white a ppearance of the glaze. The Dai kiln specialises in making 'Minoyaki' style tableware for restaurant and home use with a focus on a presentation style. Slight irregularities in size, glaze and texture reflect the artisan nature of the product and are embraced. General information & care instructions Our tableware is food safe and can, with some care, be used in the oven, microwave and dishwasher.
