Here we have a 1.3Vf Rectifier Diode.These are very useful and great space savers for resisting warmer colour LED dies such as Red, Deep Red and Red-Orange only. These will reduce the voltage to the die by 1.3v. So, for example, using a 3.7v power source to the LED, would reduce it down to 2.4v providing sufficient and recommend voltage to the Red, Deep Red or Red-Orange die.Please note these diodes allow the current to flow in one direction. They can suffer from reverse polarity if wired incorrectly.
