These fish often display a strong central vertical bar — the signature “heckle bar” — along with turquoise-blue striations, red accents, and a shimmering body tone. The hybrid’s appearance varies from fish to fish, making each one visually unique. Like all Discus, they thrive in warm, soft, pristine water and make exceptional centerpiece fish for high-end planted or species-only aquariums.
