Ultra fine red chrome pigment will help you to create super shiny metallic nails! Instructions: Apply base coat, then your choice of color. Apply a layer of non-wipe gel topcoat & cure. Use silicone brush or cosmetic sponge to buff a thin layer of pigment onto nail surface. Brush off excess powders off the nail and cuticle area.
