Red Nose Shrimps are a native algae-eating forager. They are consuming not only most algae but detritus and uneaten food. Ideal as a clean-up crew for many tank systems, the small size also makes them ideal for nano-tanks. They are also known to eat black beard algae when no other food source is available.
