A vigorous grower that is simply bursting with deep red blooms at peak season. Red Silk grows well in a variety of pot sizes and fills in with tons of aerial leaves. The flower gro ws about the same height as the leaf, around 3ft at maturity. Red Silk will do very well as a medium or large lotus. This is a good one if you're just starting out. And a favorite of the bees. Red Silk is a Medium/Large lotus. Plant in a container that is at least 15" W x 8" H. The wider you go, the more room it will have to spread. NOTE: This product is sold as a bare root rhizome, not a mature plant. All product pictures are taken at the peak of the blooming season.
