Early to mid season, Artichoke type. An heirloom with a rich story and exceptional performance, Red Toch traces back to the village of Tochliavri in the Republic of Georgia. This s oftneck produces large, slightly flattened bulbs wrapped in beautiful pink and red streaked skins, each packed with 12–18 substantial cloves. The flavor is mild yet complex; smooth and aromatic when raw, then sweet and richly caramelized when roasted. Red Toch thrives across a wide range of climates (zones 2–10), making it one of the most adaptable garlic varieties available. Garlic is shipped only in the fall—starting in mid-September, depending on the season and the variety. Quantities are limited; order early for best availability.
