Master Distiller Leon van Welie matures this distillate in red wine barrels for three years. When bottling, the alcohol content is brought from 62% to 42%. The result is a pure eau-de-vie made from fruit, yeast and water. And nothing else. Eymardville Red Wine Barrel is praised by connoisseurs.
