Christian Oberl is a third generation Swiss cheesemaker working with milk from 28 farms within a radius of just 10 km from his creamery. He created Red Witch as a festival cheese b uilt to stand up to strong flavors. We think its a perfect snacking cheese around halloween, costumed in a bright paprika rubbed rind with a crisp, pungent, yet slightly sweet with flavor.
