Limit 1/2 pound per customer. The Red Wiggler, or Eisenia fetida, is the most common composting worm choice due to its tolerance to wide range of temperatures and PH. These worms w ill tolerate temperatures as low as 40°F and as high as 100°F. The ideal temperature is 68°F to 76°F.
