The Red Buckeye Tree puts on quite a show when its 4-10 in. flower panicles burst into bloom in the spring. The narrow, tubular red flowers attract hummingbirds. Growing 10-20 ft. tall, the Red Buckeye can be grown as a small, deciduous tree or as a shrub. It produces seed capsules, with shiny seeds, or buckeyes, that ripen in the fall.
