EB series brake controllers have the option of an encapsulated trailer mount unit. It ensures safe braking when towing. The EBTM is completely potted in silicone elastomer to ensur e protection against vibration and the weather. As the manual button is not needed, it has been removed and the EBTM requires an auxiliary 12 volt available at the trailer socket.
