Inspired by The Blackbird, a light riff on a bramble, and topped with a healthy bunch of mint. This Redbird cocktail subs the original blackberries for our Raspberry Gum Syrup. Ing redients: ½ oz Raspberry Gum Syrup 2 oz gin ½ oz fresh lemon juice Instructions: Add all ingredients to a shaker tin Add cubed ice and shake vigorously for 5 seconds Strain over fresh crushed ice Top with more ice if needed and garnish Glass: rocks Garnish: mint sprig Photo: Caer Maiko Ferguson Show more
