We are proud to pair up with Redcamper to offer a special collaboration version of our victory cheese box, available for shipping, local delivery or pickup. While there has been a lot of coverage on the impact of covid-19 on small business, restaurants and retailers, what you may not have heard so much about is the resulting impact this pandemic has had on it's suppliers. We too suffered some loss of sales when restaurants shut down and now slowly, ever so slowly open up, but specialty, small independent farms and cheesemakers who relied almost entirely on this market took a giant hit. Many of those small farms are not set up for online sales and while staples at grocers surged in sales, speciality foods did not. Thus, the Victory Cheese Box was born. Reminiscent of Victory Gardens and community minded movements in tough times the Victory Cheese Box aims to lift up and support the little guys. St. Kilian's and Redcamper have always, and continue to, support the little guys. After all we ARE a little guys (and gals) and fully support this Victory Cheese movement that focuses on America Made, small maker cheese producers. For every box sold we will also donate $10 toward our Covid-19 relief fund that in contributing to local food and business support. Read more about the Victory Cheese movement here. WHAT THIS BOX INCLUDES: •1-1.5 lbs of cheeses produced by small independent farms. We have chosen 3 categories that pair well with the 3 Cheese Board sized jars of Deliciousness we have specially picked for pairing with each category. You will receive a total of a pound to pound and half of cheese split between the 3 categories below.
