5.3% ABV 375ml Brewed in August 2021, this batch was split into 2 barrels, of which one was blended into a previous year of our Hedgerow Blend. The remaining barrel was aged for ju st under 3 years in barrel and rested on 8kg of fresh Suffolk redcurrants from a local farm just a few miles from the brewery.The fruit imparts a lovely blush red with a sharp, cidery finish working with the light spice from the rye malt.
