Fruit brush made from oiled thermowood and plant fibres. Two sides: one stiff and one soft. Length 9,5 cm. Some types of fruit should not be peeled but rather eaten with the skin b ecause important vitamins lie directly under the peel. Before enjoying these, however, the fruit must be cleaned thoroughly. For this we recommend the fruit brush.Thermowood: The molecular structure of wood is altered in a kind of “baking” process at high temperature. The wood sugar is caramelized and the pores are closed. Exposure to heat gives the wood a fine, dark color. Wood processed in this way is called thermowood. It absorbs little or no water and is thus practically insensitive to moisture. Show more
