You order skates, you do the best you can with foot tracing details, but sometimes it just doesn't work out! We'd love the opportunity to help you get the perfect size. If you need to ship something back to Bayside, contact the shop for a Returns Form. Once it's sent back and checked over, we can contact you for a redelivery fee. That could be $19 for rollerblades within Victoria, more for Express Post, less for smaller items. Ultimately, we want you to have skates that you love.
