Pipe Dream 101 highlights some of Redwood Empire's favorite components of their signature bourbon. Maintaining a four-grain mash bill, this reserve expression showcases older whisk ey stocks, more of their own grain-to-glass distillate and is cut at a higher proof. The result is a craft whiskey with elevated aromas, rich textures, and bold flavors.
