This base features a Low Vapor Pressure Volatile Organic Compounds (LVP-VOC) profile, characterized by its relatively low vapor pressure and slow evaporation rate. Due to their reduced volatility, LVP-VOCs are frequently exempt from regulatory VOC limits in consumer product formulations.
