I hate a bad referee coin! What's the point of it if you don't know which side is heads or tails?? The players get confused. It's just annoying. So, I created my own. The side with the guy with the head is "Heads" and it says it clearly. The side with the heart, reminding players to respect the ref, says "Tails". Then, I came across these amazing "Girl Power!" coins created by some of my friends from AYSO Area 1D and "She's The Ref". I love the visuals of three strong, confident referees on the front and the ponytails on the back (get it? 😜)! I asked if I could make them and sell them on my shop and they agreed. We are splitting the profits 50/50 to be able to invest back into their local communities and support more female referee initiatives. The colors are clear and crisp and it's the perfect size to sit up nicely on the turf when it falls. It also has a nice size (38mm diameter) and weight to feel significant when you flip it (1.2 oz). I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
