Human emotions are deeper than happy and sad. Deeper than anything I could've hoped to portray on a ring. Then I thought, what if I just showed the two baselines and left the rest for interpretation. The Reflection ring is exactly that - a moment to reflect on the fact that happiness and sadness are two sides of the same coin. I personally don't see the need to rotate the ring depending on how I'm feeling. I simply like knowing that the darkest days, the heaviest rains, and the wildest storms eventually give way to sunshine. The good days are easy and the tough days shape you.
