This design was developed with direct input from active-duty military medical personnel — it is built around the way trained providers actually use their kits under stress. The system's intentional organization features put all supplies in easy reach — each item has a designated position on the med roll, so muscle memory developed during training translates directly to operational use. Gloves are accessible via dedicated side slots on the carrier without removing the roll, enabling donning before any other supplies are needed.
