Ground rolled oats, French green clay, bentonite clay. Each package contains 12 scoops. This is enough for approximately 4-6 uses. This mask is made for those with oily, combination, or acne-prone skin. The oatmeal gives a bit of a grit to make sure you are gently getting into your pores and cleaning your skin. Boil your water first and add it to the mix, and then let it cool before applying for the extra skin benefits of oatmeal. Using the scoop provided, measure out 2 or 3 scoops and an equal amount of water in a bowl (use more or less water depending on how thin you like it). Apply to your clean face with fingers or brush. Let sit for 10-15 minutes or until dry, and gently wipe away with a damp cloth. Use a bit of our Hydrating Body Oil afterwards for added benefits!
