Rhodium Service Details Rhodium replating is available as an optional add-on and is not included with Refresh Service. Rhodium plating restores the bright white surface finish of white gold jewelry but does not repair scratches, dents, metal loss, worn details, or other signs of wear. For the best overall results, rhodium replating is generally recommended in conjunction with Refresh Service. The longevity of rhodium plating varies from person to person. What to Expect Timeline Refresh Service is typically completed within approximately 2–3 weeks from the date your piece is received by our studio. Throughout the process, your jewelry will be professionally cleaned, refinished, inspected, and prepared for its return shipment. Shipping Once your request has been submitted, our team will email detailed instructions for safely packaging and shipping your jewelry to our studio. For security and insurance purposes, Lavender Creek Gems will provide a prepaid insured shipping label and detailed packing instructions. Overnight shipping to and from our studio is included with this service. We ship exclusively via UPS.
