The wine matures in barrels, where the refinement lasts for at least 12-15 months, followed by a further 5 months in the bottle.The vinification takes place with cutting-edge technologies that tend to limit contact with oxygen and enhance all the characteristics of a Chianti. Depending on the vintage, the grapes can undergo long macerations, even 25-30 days. The resulting wine has an intense ruby color with garnet reflections. On the nose, it is fragrant, fresh, spicy. The flavor is soft, full and savory, medium tannic, with a pleasant and very elegant aftertaste.A wine that pairs well with mixed grilled meat, noble poultry and cheeses.
