ReFunk Your Junk Chalk Paint 101 & Beyond - MANY DATES TO CHOOSE FROM Grab a piece of "small-ish" furniture, a bottle of wine, your favorite snack and call up your closet girlfriend and get in here! Maybe you have a piece of furniture (like a little side table, a chair, something you can carry by yourself) ....and perhaps it is just stained wood or painted in a color you dislike or you just want it to look different than it does now...or you would like to expand your furniture painting skills. FURNITURE SPECIFICATION: As much as I would love to help you paint your dresser or dining room table... We will not have time for anything that large. Your piece must be able to fit through our front door comfortably and it should also be small enough that you can carry it in BY YOURSELF. Your work space will be a table that is 47 inches long and 29 inches wide, your piece must fit on that surface. If you are unsure of your piece, email us a picture at: [email protected] Please understand, you will not be given product to take home to finish your piece UNLESS you buy it separately. SCOPE: Learn and have HANDS ON understanding the proper way to clean, prep, paint, apply wax and if you choose an ala' carte Iron Orchid Design or decoupage paper- even the technique for doing those! This is an amazing class and you will learn so much! DURATION: The length of this class can vary depending on the techniques you choose to do but it is safe to plan on 3-4 hours. So, definitely bring snacks so you can much while watching your paint dry. :) CLASS SIZE: We like to be able to help you one on one- so we have a class maximum of 5 people. Normally, there is a minimum of 2 people - but exceptions may be made based on my schedule- however, this would not set a precedent. BEVERAGES: We have bottled water and a full service coffee shop, but hey, feel free to bring your favorite beverage. We do have a wine opener! LOCATION!!!: The Purple Painted Lady at 2620 NY - 31, Palmyra NY 14522 PARKING: There is a large parking lot next to the building that is free! YOUR INSTRUCTER: Lori is a local artist that also happens to be a school bus driver and funky junk facilitator !She has painted nearly every surface in her house and will be happy to set you on a fun painting path !She is happy to be a part of this PPL team and discovering all the creative ways to use and explore Annie Sloan chalk paint and IOD products! By purchasing this Workshop you are acknowledging the Workshop Cancellation Policy which is purchases are non-refundable or exchangeable. This is because we purchase materials and plan for their classes based on the number of students registered. Also, another student could have taken the class, if it had not sold out.
