When plumbed in, you can take advantage of longer, low-pressure pre-infusion to bring out the more unique flavor notes in specialty coffee. While this isn't unique to the Synchronika, not many machines can do this. When paired with the proper grinder, the ECM Synchronika has pulled shots for us that compare with some of our best local cafes.
