The company name, Heimat is a German word without a direct translation in English — best explained as a comfortable and secure feeling that comes from being where you belong. The Regatta Belt takes inspiration from vintage sailing belts, often made from leftover ship materials (like sail scraps or rope), these were an easy way to properly secure your trousers while on deck.
