Regency Style Drop Leaf Sofa table A fine mahogany sofa or worktable in the Regency manner, raised on lyre-shaped end supports united by a turned stretcher, standing on elegant, sp layed legs terminating in brass paw feet and castors. The table is fitted with two drawers on one side, each with a corresponding false front on the reverse, all retaining their original matching ring handles. The leather inset top remains in good order, with some light wear and marks to the border commensurate with age and use. The drop leaves open and closes smoothly, and the piece stands solidly.
