By paying a registration fee and completing this form, you are giving Tiny Treehouse Studio permission to photograph your child. We unfortunately cannot take individual photos of y our child on Photo Day at your Daycare Centre/Preschool if a registration fee hasn't been paid. A $30 deposit per child is required. This covers part of our time for the school photo session, and the $30 is deducted off any print/package you purchase. We will include a discount code with your childs online gallery. The $30 registration fee is non refundable. Unless children are sick. It acts as a credit towards your order. The credit does not roll over, it expires at the end of the year it was purchased.
