This is a manicure using traditional nail polish (not gel polish). Traditional nail polish has been on the market since the 1930's and is one of the safest cosmetic products on the market! I use the professional brand Morgan Taylor and I absolutely adore it! There is a wide range of colours, shimmers and glitters to choose from, and you can get up to 7- 10 days wear. Nails will be filed and shaped; cuticles will be tidied and exfoliated; then there will be one base layer, two coats of colour and a top coat, finished by quick drying drops to help the polish dry a little quicker. However, I do suggest being super careful with your nails for about an hour after the application, to ensure a thorough drying time. You will also be given your personal nail file to take home with you.
