All regulatory documents for third party bases or non-Fraterworks supplied materials must be supplied to us if they are used in your formula. Third-Party Materials We can prepare documents for formulas that include materials we do not stock — including third-party bases — provided you supply the material's own Safety Data Sheet, IFRA certificate and allergen declaration. Because each such material must be built into our regulatory system from your supplied documents before your formula can be processed, a Third-Party Material fee applies to each one. Modifications Once we have delivered your paperwork, we can make changes for a fee that reflects the work involved. A change to the quantities of materials already in your formula is a Minor Change (up to five amounts per revision). Adding, removing, or substituting a material is a Major Change, charged per material, because the documents must be recalculated against a different composition. Where a formula requires more than ten material changes, a new pack is required rather than further individual fees. Minor Change: quantities of existing materials adjusted (up to 5 amounts).Major Change: a material added, removed, or substituted (per material).
