No dosage, no fining, no filtration. Franck Pascal calls this Champagne - Cuvée for sommelier, referring to its finess. Biodynamics helps roots of vines to go dipper and pass clay soils to reach minerals. Wine shows pretty mousse in the glass with delicate bubbles. This Blanc de Noirs is very soft, profound and fine.
