Pump Blend L-Citrulline – 4,000 mg / 8,000 mgL-Citrulline is a non-essential amino acid that, once digested, converts into l-arginine. The thing is, Citrulline absorbs much better than arginine. That's because Citrulline bypasses digestion and instead goes right into the bloodstream. Among other benefits, Taurine enhances cognitive function and acts as an osmolyte. That means it pulls water into the muscle cells, which increases muscle cell volume (water-based pumps). L-Ornithine Hydrochloride – 200 mg / 400 mgL-ornithine is an amino acid that is used in the urea cycle. Its job is to remove excess ammonia from the body. It's non-essential, meaning the body can make it. In fact, the liver cells produce L-Ornithine from the amino acid arginine. As you might recall from learning about L-Citrulline, arginine promotes nitric oxide production. This means bigger pumps! Arginine also supports the body's natural production of Creatine.
