Pain - [Remastered CD]"Iconic Swedish musician and producer Peter Tagtgren, who has worked with genre titans like Sabaton, Amon Amarth, Dimmu Borgir, Celtic Frost in the past, laun ched PAIN in 1996 as a side project combining electronic with heavy music and try out different soundscapes than his death metal group Hypocrisy would allow for. Being a masterful songwriter, Tagtgren quickly developed PAIN further, releasing eight albums until 2016 featuring multimillion streamed tracks like ‘Shut Your Mouth’, ‘Same Old Song’, ‘Follow Me’, ‘Zombie Slam’, ‘End Of The Line’ and succeeding in a gold award for 2002’s “Nothing Remains The Same” in their home country and over 30 chart entries worldwide. Renowned as a stunning live band, through the past decades PAIN’s ingenious mix of catchy hooks, dark, tongue in cheek humour, elements from synth/wave, electro, pop, metal and rock stood the test of time by being addictive, danceable, defiant, unique.
