This is the basic remote that is shipped with Standard & Signature pre-amplifiers as well as all editions of the Romulus and Pandora, It replaces the older discontinued HRC-1. It c an also control the basic functions of Mimas & Pallene such as Volume, Input Selection and Mute. ***Important Note*** If your Aesthetix product is not responding to your remote, quite often one or both just need to be reset. Please begin by following these steps: 1) Mute (or turn off) your power amplifier.2) First, on the front panel, put the Aesthetix product into standby and then turn the rear panel power switch OFF. 3) With fresh batteries in the remote, press the 'Aesthetix product' button (i.e. Rhea, Calypso, etc) at the bottom of the remote.4) Turn the rear panel power switch of the Aesthetix product ON. 5) On the remote, press the red standby button. If all remote buttons applicable to your Aesthetix product now function, you are set to go! ***Reflective surfaces (especially glass) in the room can cause issues.
