The ONE Solution for Gentle Hair Color Removal Using gloves, apply OYA Remove evenly to clean, towel dried hair using a brush or directly from the bottle, until hair is thoroughly saturated. Place hair in plastic cap and process with heat for up to 20 minutes, checking periodically. After processing, rinse thoroughly then shampoo hair vigorously 2-3 times to force the artificial color out of the hair shaft, then rinse. IMPORTANT STEP: TO DETERMINE IF ANY OXIDATIVE OYES REMAIN IN THE HAIR, APPLY 10 VOLUME DEVELOPER FOR 10 MINUTES. Rinse thoroughly for 5 minutes. Repeat all steps up to 3 times if oxidative dyes have not been removed. Once desired removal is achieved, you may proceed with color service.
