They salvage unwanted grape skins after pressing for wine to create a base spirit, helping minimise waste whilst delivering an exceptional liquid. This is blended with Kimmeridgian stone and Grand Cru grapes to provide classic Chablis minerality. Natural ingredients including juniper, grains of paradise, linden flowers and acacia honey are grown by their partner producers to complete Renais's vibrant flavour profile.Tasting NotesBalancing the minerality of a Chablis wine with fresh citrus and juniper, warming spices, floral notes and a hint of sweetness.
